Do you move pets to other countries?
Yes. We arrange international moves for dogs and cats leaving Toronto, and for pets coming to Toronto from another country. Every international move gets a custom quote.
How do I get a price for an international move?
Fill in the form with the country, your pet and your dates. We check the options for your country and your dates, then send your price by email, usually within 24 hours.
What paperwork does my pet need?
It depends on the country, and the rules change. Common ones are a microchip, vaccines and a health certificate from a vet, and some countries also ask for blood tests, permits or a waiting period. We check the current rules for your country before you book, so start early.
How early should I start planning?
As early as you can. Some countries need tests or permits that take weeks or months. Send us the form as soon as you know where you are moving, even if the date is not fixed.
Can my pet fly in the cabin with me?
Sometimes, if your pet is small enough and the airline allows it on that route. Larger pets fly as cargo in an airline approved crate. Tell us about your pet in the form and we will tell you what is possible.
Do owners ride along to the airport?
No. Pets only in our vehicles. If you are flying with your pet, we bring your pet and the crate to Pearson and meet you at the terminal.
